Behind every great pita is a team of passionate individuals dedicated to the craft of Israeli cooking.

Our kitchen is run by folks who grew up on these flavors. We don't take shortcuts. The hummus is blended until perfectly creamy, the falafel is fried to order so it's crispy on the outside and green and fluffy on the inside, and our pita is always warm.
