is under my supervision with the following standards & qualifications:

• All food items served and sold in this establishment are considered BISHUL ISRAEL
• All herbs, leafy greens are meticulously washed & checked by the Mashgiach
• All raw & processed food ingredients as well as eggs are checked consistently by the Mashgiach
• All items are assumed to be NOT PAT ISRAEL, unless marked as PAT ISRAEL
• PAT ISRAEL LAFFA might be available upon request
• All meat, lamb & chicken are strictly GLATT KOSHER
• DUE TO THE LACK OF SHOMREI MITZVOS JEWS IN OUR AREA - THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO SECURE MASHGIACH TMIDI. Therefore THE HANDLING OF MEAT & CHICKEN IS DONE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER:
  • • 6-a) All meat and chicken deliveries are accepted, checked & sealed ONLY by the Mashgiach
  • • 6-b) All containers that have raw chicken, lamb or meat could ONLY be accessed in the presence of the Mashgiach
• All the Mashgichim are Shomrei Mitzvot
• The establishment is closed every Shabbat & all Yomim Tovim
• I & MY RABBINICAL ASSISTANT HAVE ACCESS TO CAMERAS & PREMISES AT ALL TIMES
